Acceptable Use & DMCA / Copyright Policy

This policy governs the content you create, upload, or publish using Create Website App (the "Service") and explains how we handle intellectual-property complaints. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. You are responsible for your content

You are solely responsible for all text, images, logos, and materials you add to or publish through the Service. You confirm that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to use, that content, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

2. Prohibited content & conduct

You must not create, upload, publish, or use the Service for:

• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right.
• Illegal content or activity, or content promoting illegal acts.
• Sexually explicit material, or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors (we remove such content and report it to the authorities).
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content inciting violence or discrimination.
• Malware, viruses, phishing, spoofing, or attempts to deceive, defraud, or harm users.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive/manipulative SEO (cloaking, hidden text).
• Impersonation of any person or business, or false, misleading, or fraudulent claims.
• Sale or promotion of illegal, counterfeit, or unlawfully regulated goods or services.
• Violations of others' privacy or publicity rights, or misuse of personal data.
• Any use that breaks applicable law or the terms of our providers (e.g. Google, GoDaddy).

3. Copyright & licensed material

Do not use text, images, logos, fonts, or other materials you do not own or are not licensed to use. Images offered through the Service's image search are sourced from third parties; you are responsible for ensuring your final published content complies with all applicable licences and laws. When in doubt, use your own content or properly licensed material.

4. Reporting infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content published through the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email a written notice to Support including:

1. Your name and contact details.
2. Identification of the work or right you say is infringed.
3. The exact URL(s)/location of the allegedly infringing material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Our takedown process

On receiving a valid notice we will review it and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and notify the affected user. We aim to act within a few business days.

6. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you hold the rights, you may send a counter-notice with the equivalent information above. We will evaluate it and may restore the content where appropriate.

7. Repeat infringers

We will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, to review, remove, or disable any content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy or our Terms, in order to protect the Service, our users, and third parties.

9. Our intellectual property

The Create Website App platform, software, templates, design system, and branding are the property of Zauca Consultancy Services and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service.
