You are solely responsible for all text, images, logos, and materials you add to or publish through the Service. You confirm that you own, or have all necessary rights and permissions to use, that content, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
You must not create, upload, publish, or use the Service for:
Do not use text, images, logos, fonts, or other materials you do not own or are not licensed to use. Images offered through the Service's image search are sourced from third parties; you are responsible for ensuring your final published content complies with all applicable licences and laws. When in doubt, use your own content or properly licensed material.
If you believe content published through the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email a written notice to Support including:
On receiving a valid notice we will review it and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, and notify the affected user. We aim to act within a few business days.
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you hold the rights, you may send a counter-notice with the equivalent information above. We will evaluate it and may restore the content where appropriate.
We will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, to review, remove, or disable any content and to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy or our Terms, in order to protect the Service, our users, and third parties.
The Create Website App platform, software, templates, design system, and branding are the property of Zauca Consultancy Services and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service.
