Terms of Service

Create Website App (createwebsite.app) — a brand of Zauca Consultancy Services. Last updated: 20 July 2026.

These Terms govern your use of the Create Website App website and Android application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Create Website App lets you generate, edit, and publish a business website using AI, and optionally purchase a domain name and email. Features and pricing may change over time.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of the business details, text, and images you provide.
• You confirm you have the rights to any content and images you upload.
• You must not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, adult, or harmful content.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display your content to operate the Service.

4. AI-generated output

Website content is generated with the help of AI and may be inaccurate or generic. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing. We do not guarantee the output is unique or fit for a particular purpose.

5. Payments

• All payments for the Service are collected by Zauca Consultancy Services (into its bank account) via the applicable payment method.
• Purchases in the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
• Web purchases are processed through our payment provider.
• Domain and email purchases are provided via third parties (e.g. GoDaddy) and are subject to their terms; domain registrations are generally non-refundable once registered.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes may apply.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Google Firebase, Google (Gemini), SerpApi, GoDaddy, and payment providers. Their availability and terms may affect the Service.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right. You must also comply with our Acceptable Use & DMCA / Copyright Policy, which lists prohibited content and how we handle infringement takedowns. We may remove infringing or unlawful content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zauca Consultancy Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India [adjust to your jurisdiction].
