This Privacy Policy explains how Zauca Consultancy Services ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Create Website App website and Android application (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a Google account identifier (UID).
• Business details you enter — business name, contact email, phone number, address, and the description/prompt you provide to generate your site.
• Website content — the pages, text, and images generated for or uploaded by you.
• Domain searches — the domain names you search for availability.
• Payment information — payments in the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing; on the web they are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details; we receive confirmation of payment (status, amount, a payment/purchase token) to activate your order.
• Usage & device data — basic analytics events (e.g. that a domain search or payment page was visited), presence (online status), and standard technical data such as app version.

3. How we use your information

• To create, save, preview, and publish your website across your devices.
• To check domain availability and set up domains/email you purchase.
• To process and confirm payments and activate your order.
• To provide support and communicate with you about your account or order.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

4. Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) — account, order, and content storage.
• Google Play Billing / our web payment provider — payment processing.
• Google (Gemini AI) — to generate website content from your prompt.
• SerpApi — to find relevant images for your site.
• GoDaddy — to check and register domain names and email.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and website data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8). We may retain limited records (e.g. payment/transaction records) where required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (including access rules on our database and encrypted connections) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your rights & account deletion

You may access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account and associated data, see our Account & Data Deletion page or email Support.

9. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to remember your site and preferences on your device. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country (e.g. by Google). We take steps to ensure appropriate protection for such transfers.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
