Create Website App provides a digital service. There is no physical shipping. This policy explains how and when your purchase is delivered.
Your website is generated instantly within the app after you provide your business details. You can preview and edit it immediately, before any payment.
After your payment is confirmed, we activate and publish your website. Activation is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Some steps (such as connecting a purchased domain and setting up email) depend on third-party providers and DNS propagation and may take a little longer.
Where you purchase a domain and/or email, we register and configure them with the provider (e.g. GoDaddy) after payment. Domain and DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to fully propagate across the internet.
Your delivered service is your live website URL (and any domain/email you purchased). We confirm activation by email and/or within the app. If you do not see your site live within the timelines above, contact us.
If a delivery is delayed due to a problem on our side, we will work to resolve it promptly, and you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
